Any Engineering restos out there better at working this out than I am?
In the long term (it's not an immediate issue), am I better of keeping my goggles and going to the questionably-itemized chestpiece for my 4-pc, or switching to the tier helm and going off-set for the chest?
And if I'm going off-set for the chest, are there any decent options? I'm currently using the 346 vendor chest, and I've yet to see a chest that gives haste/spirit in the epic tiers.
Until HMs I would say grab goggles over the headpiece, then I believe it's better to pick up the tier helm and Scorched Wormling Vest but thats for BiS. Until that is available just get what you can.
