Lifebloom idea

Add a damage reduction effect to it. Even something small like 1,2,3% per stack. This along with allowing the 3 stacks to be applied across multiple players(i.e. 2 stacks on player 1, 1 stack on player 2.) would make it a much more unique heal. Lifebloom right now feels like it's only use is for Replenishment, not to heal.

While I am usually for anything that makes resto druids more awesome, I have to be against this due to my hatred of class homogenization. What you want is essentially the priest buff Inspiration.

Lifebloom is already a good heal and very unique. It provides steady healing to stabilize the tank and if needed, you can let it bloom for an emergency heal on a tank.
Er, I use Lifebloom for the actual heal all the time. Very noticeable hps that refreshes on its own unless you never have to cast a direct heal on your target, with 15% extra crit chance from glyph and 2-piece bonus (which will make it even better in 4.2). And it already has enough useful side effects that you always want to keep it up. Replenishment, Revitalize, Clearcasting procs, and the 4-piece bonus if you have it. It doesn't need a permanent damage reduction in addition to that.

I think we need something that helps us deal with hard swaps more. That will just encourage hard swaps more.

It will be OP for PvP, so not going to happen.
I don't see the dmg reduction portion happening. Priests/Shamans already have it (10% phys reduction) on direct crit heals and it's already their thing.

The being able to put up to 3 Lifeblooms on up to 3 tagets does sound interesting. Not sure what would happen if you wanted to cast a 4th.
