Tips for my Druid

[:1]I am the newbie asking questions in this thread because this is my first druid.
First question- What would you rate my character as? Based on Talents, Inscriptions, and Gear?
Second Question- Insect Swarm says that it will move me closer to Lunar Eclipse. Why is it not doing that for me?
Third Question- Is there anything wrong with my rotation/button pushing setup? It goes
Single Target- Starsurge, Insect Swarm/Moonfire, then spam Wrath/Starfire. When Shooting Stars pops up I launch a Starsurge (if it has a lot of health left. If not then I save the proc for my next target)
Multi-Target- Starsurge one of them, Tab targets and get Moonfire/Insect Swarm on all of them, when they get close Typhoon, then Wrath/Starfire them down. When Shooting Stars comes up I launch Starsurge.
Boss- (If it's a Pally I start by putting up Faerie Fire x3), Starsurge, Moonfire and Insect Swarm, spam Wrath/Starfire until dead. Launch Starsurge when Shooting Stars comes up or when it comes off cooldown
No one has replied and this has been up for a long time. Is this normal?

Only nukes move you closer to eclipse

wrath: 13 towards lunar if coming from solar, otherwise no energy
Starfire: 20 towards solar if coming from lunar, otherwise no energy
Starsurge: 15 towards the opposite eclipse you were in.

1) fine so far. As you get higher try and get int leather by the time you get leather mastery, Honestly it doesn't matter much until you hit end game.

2) It shouldn't say that. Only your cast time spells do that, wrath, starfire, starsurge. IS DOES benefit from it but does not give any power.

3) Yeah that's fine. Later talents and spells will give you more tools but that's just fine for now.
