Yes. It's not even hard. Dispel the debuff as soon as it comes up, don't stand in fire, and you get phat loots (for the only class not in the raid, of course.)
Yeah, that guy is easier than some heroics (except for the dps race).
Tanks take very little damage, the most important thing is the dispell, other than that it's almost a cakewalk for both tanks & healers. The "burden" of this fight is on the dps. (And than, 10k is not that hard to hit either.)
