Resto Help & Critique

Am trying to push my toon to it's maximum HPS capacity with my current equipped gear and spec. From what I understand the 2005 haste break-point gives more HPS (I raid heal) than having mastery. As it stood before I tinkered with my reforging/gear I had between 11k-14k HPS (depending on fight) with 932 haste and around 17+% mastery. Now, since I'm getting pretty well geared I'm trying to hit that extra tick on Wild Growth... but I think I'm falling short still. I haven't yet seen stats when fully raid buffed, but right now I'm at 1371 haste. Will buffs push me to that break-point? I know, I could just test it out tonight when my group raids, but I want to be prepared and not have to run to Stormwind to reforge.

Also, is there anything enchant/reforge/gem/spec wise to help maximize my heals, or am I on track? I would like to think I'm pretty familiar with my spec/class but it seems like I'm always learning something new.

that brake point is unbuffed, assuming you don't get DI during the raid.

you need the equivalent of 2745 haste with raid buffs to hit that breakpoint
So, I feel like a complete idiot - I've seen that spreadsheet before, but didn't realize those numbers were in addition to those buffs. I thought they were already calculating them.

With my current gear, would you advise me to push for that haste break-point (if it's even possible with my current gear) or should I reforge back to Mastery until I get better gear?

Also, if anyone could also take a look at my spec/gems/enchants/reforge and let me know if they are OK, it would be much appreciated.

I re-forged and re-gemmed to 1780 haste yesterday, that gets me to 2005 exactly with the Elixir of Mighty Speed (225 haste). I lost a little over 400 intellect, and around 100 spirit, but my heals in raid and ZA jumped by over 3k hps. I sustained 18k for 2 minutes in ZA on a bad pull, and sustained 13k on Atramedes where I barely hit 10k before. I am convinced it's worth getting to the 2005 breakpoint if you can afford it, even if you lose intellect and spirit.

Haste over intellect is not a good idea just to reach the 2005 breakpoint. Try to have a warlock DI you and make sure to have a 5% haste buff (likely you will), the needed haste with both of those buffs is just under 1600. I recently did that, and my throughput increased significantly but not game-changingly. I sit around 13-14k without it and 15k or more with it. Not that huge of a difference, but worth it if you're close or have a lock. (This is on heroic 25 man experience, not sure about 10 man and normal mode.)
I have a TON of intellect though... nearly +200 more than you. Would you advise to maybe drop my Intellect JC gems, and use Haste JC gems?

Any other advice, with my current equipped gear, would be really helpful.
